I am truly grateful for Dr.Garani and all his staff. All staff are very pleasant and kind. Dr.Garani never rushes me out. He's very patient and he gives me the time to ask any questions. I would like to express my deep appreciation for the exceptional care and professionalism I experienced at Garani Cardiac Centre during a recent visit for chest pain. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly received by Ms. Rano at the front desk. As the saying goes, “Well begun is half done” — and with Rano’s warm welcome, respectful attitude, and courteous demeanor towards me as a senior citizen, my experience started on exactly the right note. She conducted my ECG and initial tests with efficiency and care, and clearly explained the next steps in the process. Her professionalism and empathy deserve the highest commendation, and I sincerely wish her continued success and a bright future. Ms. Rano then guided me to Dr. Cris, who was equally impressive — thorough, polite, and highly professional. He promptly prepared my medical report with remarkable attention to detail, in preparation for my consultation with Dr. Osama Garani. Dr. Garani himself is a remarkable physician. His calm, friendly manner combined with his deep expertise immediately put me at ease. His professional approach and the confidence he inspires are truly commendable. I left the centre extremely satisfied and reassured. I have no hesitation in stating that Garani Cardiac Centre stands out for its high standards of medical care, patient respect, and professionalism at every level. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking cardiac evaluation or care.

Disinterested in listening to suggestions and became confrontational and said I was raising my voice and getting aggressive. My Mom had an elevated heart rate and was feeling tired. When I said I thought she needed a review of dosage and/or there was a possibility of a contraindication, he got very angry: “You can find another doctor.” He altered her dosage for three days, confirming I was correct. The arrogance to believe he knows everything is beyond comprehension!

The wait time for this doctor was ridiculous. The first visit took almost 4 months to see him (he asked me why it took me so long to see him) I told him it's his booking department is the reason why and it being no fault of my own. Then the wait time to go back to see him was unbelievable. They would call with an appointment and then call you the day of and cancel for another 2 months down the road. The final straw was me finally getting the final test to determine what is wrong with my heart and they book me almost 1 month out to get my results. I understand cardiologist are very busy but when I have an issue with my heart, I should not have to wait a month to get my results. Then, I get a call today saying the appointment I had to get my results, the doctor will not be available that day either, again changing the appointment again. Only this time she was giving me an earlier appointment rather then make me wait another month or so. I have no faith that even this appointment will be honored. I have another cardiologist that is willing to see me tomorrow who I have never seen before.
