Garage Clothing

While at this Garage location the employees did not greet anyone, told us to find our own change rooms and while in the change room no employee was there to give us different sizes or help us, as well the change rooms had several clothing items in each one and they were extremely rude during check out even talking about their personal lives and ignoring the customers during the process.

Juanita Blanco was so kind and provided a great experience. Store was very clean and well organized. 😊

I had a very disappointing experience at the Garage location at 300 Taylor Rd #431. When I entered the store, no one welcomed me, and the employees were mostly talking amongst themselves instead of assisting customers. Two employees, Manuela and Juanita (names seen on their tags), came across as rude and continued gossiping even while I was nearby. I also overheard them speaking in another language (I believe Spanish), which made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming, especially as a customer who couldn’t understand what was being said. Overall, the atmosphere did not feel friendly or professional, and it made me not want to shop there again. Do better.

Very bad customer service here. All the employees ignored me (was like 10+ girls working) and all gossiping very loudly with each other. The manager or ambassador girl even bumped/pushed me while speed walking/ gossiping with another girl and didn’t apologize or even help me find the top I was looking for… overall a really bad experience at this location on employee behaviour

No chair in the changing area to sit and wait while someone is trying on clothes. Rude staff when I sat down on the solid jeans display "that's not a chair" but this staff member proceeded to ignore another individual sitting in the same place. Probably best to avoid this store if you are going with a parent or friend to try on clothes or if you can't stand around for 45+ minutes at a time. Picture of where I sat included for your reference.
