Gaming Gators - St. Catharines

Wanted to buy an old Wii game, put it in my cart. Since "SOMEONE"was interested in the game they took it out of my cart and upped the price by DOUBLE! Gotta be the worst game store company going. BRUTAL! Bought it from their competor for the first price. And didn't have to wait for someone on break all day. Edit* someone who WORKS FOR YOU OR YOU saw that someone had that game (me) in their cart online, they took it out and then DOUBLED THE PRICE cause I was interested. Guess what bud, not the only store in town. So you cZn put it back to its regular price cause I got one now, for it's going price. I'll NEVER step foot in your store

Honestly Dan (with the beard) is 95% of the reason I come in. I probably wouldn’t be coming back as often as I do without him being there, he’s a lot of fun to talk to, great customer service and always remembers exactly what I’m looking for

I absolutely love shopping at Gator’s Game Store! Danny is honestly one of the best sales people I’ve met. He’s super helpful, supportive and always makes sure I’m choosing the right games without going over my budget. I really appreciate his honesty and politeness, he never tries to pressure me into buying something more expensive. I travel from Fort Erie just to shop here That’s how much I enjoy coming here! Definitely recommend this store if you want great service and someone who genuinely cares about helping you.-Ria☺️

Honestly my experience with gaming gators in st Catherine’s has been really positive! I went on a Wednesday night back in November to buy a copy of super smash bros brawl for my Wii. The disk wouldn’t read the disk due to dust building up in my Wii systems disk reader. That same day i called back and one of the workers named Dan told me to bring in my Wii so he could take a look at the system itself. Dan ended up fixing my console on the store counter and completely fixed the issue! This worker honestly is the reason I continue to go to gaming gators every week! He is one of the most friendly people I have ever met and always greets me in an extremely kind manner! He always goes above and beyond. He is always happy to help me find and pick out a game based off my favourite genre of games and his own gaming experiences! Dan is truly a huge reason I love shopping at gaming gators! Another great thing I love about gaming gators is the organization! It is extremely easy to find a game due to their amazing organization! I would highly recommend them to any one Interested in amazing customer service and organization!

This place is never open. Open sign is clearly lit up but how many times does the staff working here go on breaks ? There's always a sign saying be back on this time or using the restroom. I keep giving them a chance but everytime I kill time in the plaza then return they go on break again...And also, who goes on break 30min before the store closes ? If management is questioning my review better look at your cameras. You guys lost my business ! NEX and Mix Styles are far better anyways. At least their stores are not always closed !! **Edit** Review your camera for the employee working Wed-Friday I can't remember the exact date but it was on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday beginning of December, All 3 days are the same, constant breaks. He's the slightly bigger guy with a slightly longer hair. And when the store is open his service is terrible, he constantly have multiple of his friends hanging out and ignoring customers while they play some kind of card game on the side. Yes im just getting the chance to write a review as I'm not in St Catharines on Sat, Sun, Mon and Tues as I drive a transport truck. Restructure your company with better staff and I will consider going there again ! As for now NEX on Lake and Mix on Heart are now my main
