My favourite nail salon to go to. Everyone there is very experienced and can do any design! The prices can’t be beat. Julie is the best nail tech there

I visit Gala nails as often as I can and enjoy the pleasant staff and atmosphere.

The only reason I am giving a review is so people do not go to this business again for pedicures. My husband and I were asked to sit in the pedicure chairs. I asked are you sure? As there was clearly nothing cleaned between the last person and myself. The cupholder still had someone's bottle of nail polish they chose, and cotton used for removing the colour. There were nail clippings on the chair as well. The gentleman brought tools over (already opened, did not open fresh pack in front of us), dropped one of them then put that back in his tray... The pedicure bowl had a what I assumed was new plastic insert, but I feel it wasn't as the gentleman filling it had some issues. After figuring it out, the water he had for me was freezing cold and I made a remark. The gentleman seemed very unhappy and moved to my husband's chair. A lady who was working on someone else came over and asked what was wrong. I told her it was freezing cold and I wasn't comfortable. We should have left at this point. I texted my husband sitting beside me and said well I hope we don't get fungal infections from this place... At the end we were asked to go get cash only.. we paid and left. A couple weeks later my husband is still suffering cracking skin and painful to the touch on the toes, as the gentleman didn't provide an adequate service. He was very rough and seemed rushed. I was very hopeful for a better experience as we were treating myself for my first mother's day. Instead it had me reading reviews similar to my experience and reports from Niagara public health.
