FYidoctors - Thorold

I’ve been a patient of FYI doctors in St. Catharine’s for a few years and just decided to change locations as I live in Thorold. The service I had at the Thorold location from the amazing eye doctor who took time to explain everything to me - to the person who helped me pick out my glasses and the person who helped me learn how to put contact lenses in was next level. I have never had such amazing service. I would recommend making the trip to Thorold.

Amazing staff, friendly and very helpful. I decided to purchase my lens and glasses there this time. Paid less in the past at other places but do not regret getting them here this time. The cost is a little bit more but what a huge difference with their lens. I wish I got the top quality ones, maybe next time.

The overall support and staff are amazing! It's been a pretty long time since I have had my eyes tested and the team made it easy. Dr. Kuraitis was the difference maker and I will be coming back because of him and the staff overall.

Excellent clinic. Dr. Kuraitis is very caring, and I’ve trusted him enough to bring my children here too. The atmosphere is clean, and the secretary and staff are consistently pleasant and professional. Great experience every visit.

When I came to Niagara in 2024, I posted a question on a local Facebook page asking for recommendations to a good eye doctor. I have Diabetes, so finding a really knowledgeable doctor/clinic was especially important. FYI doctors was suggested multiple times. I've been very happy with them, and got a gorgeous pair of glasses there last year. I would definitely recommend them.
