FX Studios Tattoo & Barber co.

This is our second trip to FX both times have been amazing! Our first trip was for a first tattoo with SK he did an awesome job! Today was for a second and 3rd tattoo this time with James! His work is simply beautiful and outstanding, they look fantastic . To finish off the trip was I grabbed a haircut and helix piercing by Shane left me looking tight, fresh and clean especially with the new jewelry in the ear. Wicked team great service. Doesn’t matter if it’s your first time or a repeat visit, we can’t recommend FX enough. Thanks guys, we will see you next time!

thanks so much to the guy who pierced my belly button. he put in a too short of a bar, told me piercings never reject and that you need a thick enough amount of skin (not true), he also didn’t talk me through the situation knowing i was scared (i was shaking and he saw that.) after 3 days, the piercing started going red around from the swelling and the bar being TOO SHORT and got infected. i called FX studios number and asked if they will change my bar to a longer one because it was so obvious that it was too short. they said, and i quote “yeah no problem we’ll do it for you.” i go in the next day, the same guy told me that there’s no such thing as long bars for belly button piercings. and he said “well what am i supposed to do?” YOU PIERCED IT, FIX IT. and so i left and ordered my own jewelry online with a longer bar and i put it in myself, and im doing so much better. but tell me why you put in a too short of a bar knowing there would be swelling, knowing a body normally rejects a piercing going into it because it’s not meant to be there. so thank you for your lies and bs!!

I unfortunately did not read the reviews for this place regarding piercings before coming and had a similar experience to the other reviews. I thought that the piercer was going in to mark a dot on my nostril for a spot but instead he just decided on the placement and pierced me without showing me. The location was not what I was hoping for either, so I had to take it out pretty much right after. There was also some confusion on the pricing. On their instagram they show both 50 % off piercings on Sundays and a happy hour deal between 6-8 pm during the week. I called and they told me that they didnt do the sunday deal anymore, but when I went to pay the staff had no clue about the happy hour deal. The only reason im leaving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff honoured the half off price. edit: Updated to 3 stars because of the kind response from the store!

Did just a spur of the moment, last minute walk in near midnight. The 2 individuals who helped out my wife and i were great for our first tatoos, such fine lines, and great with the detail. Very quick and easy to deal with! Definitely recommend. Just wish i remembered their names. Lol

Amazing staff, so friendly and loving towards our family. We had a great experience getting our tattoos and the staff was amazing! Would definitely come back again
