Frontier One (F1 Fingerprint) - Niagara - RCMP-Accredited Fingerprinting Agency

I went there and unfortunately construction is being done so I had difficulties finding the place. The lady I called on the phone was super helpful but the actual person who came down to get me and ultimately did my fingerprints and photos just wasn’t the nicest. She didn’t say hi, how are you doing- nothing of the sort. In fact, I got the sense she was irritated that I couldn’t find the place and had to come down and get me. The overall process was smooth and I got what I needed. It just felt awkward the entire time and I would have appreciated a little more of a human interaction. Nevertheless, you’ll get what you need done here.

Knowledgeable and efficient. I went to get an RCMP police check for a USA Entry Waiver. The lady knew all about it and guided me through. She was polite, kind, calm and happy to help me save money by not duplicating a particular form. That was my 2nd time going there in a few years. Highly recommend!

Went there for fingerprinting, the operator was very knowledgeable, informative, nice and courteous. She knew exactly what was needed and guided the process perfectly. Than I saw they do passport photos and again the experience was perfect. If you need amy time of RCMP approved fingerprinting and any type of passport photos I would recommend fpr the best experience ever goto to thos location, they rock Thank you again for a wonderful experience. Staff were friendly, helpful, and made everything easy to understand. Appointment was on time and the overall service was smooth and efficient. Fast and reliable! This is my second time coming back! Great service as always and very professional! The entry door looks like under renovation due to construction around but it is still the same door.
