According to frontier anyone can sign for your parcel. No ID request and just walk right out with your items. There has to be a more professional way to be dealing with others parcels . The help that I had from this company to locate was extremely minimal . It’s very unfortunate that parcels end up here.
View on GoogleThis company keeps mailing letters from the previous owner of the house. Despite the fact that over the past three years I have continued returning to sender with a message stating this person moved in 2019, they persist. At this point I'm totally fed up and reeks of being unprofessional. Do not recommend you use this company at all.
View on GoogleIt's really a shame this is the only place close to do a Purolator drop off. This place is sketchy. Have to dial an Ext on a phone to get help and the locked warehouse door. No receipt offered when parcel is dropped off. They tell you to take a pic of the tracking, which won't help if they never scan it in....
View on GoogleMy package was delayed for several days so I decided to email them to inquire about the whereabouts of my parcel. It took about 10 minutes for me to get a response from them and they told me what has happened and assured me that my parcel was going to be delivered before Christmas. They went above and beyond by continuing to email me about the updates of the package until its delivery. Would totally recommend this company again. Great customer service.
View on GoogleWhen I called to inquire about a package the 'operator' was extremely curt and rude despite me maintaining a bubbly voice/positive attitude - I felt like I was the one providing the customer service and THEY were the irate customer. Completely rude, literally left me shocked and a bit speechless - they barked questions at me and were mad when i didn't answer perfectly or was confused (e.g. "How is the package being sent?" and answering to the best of my knowledge saying "uhm, i'm not sure. I know it's UPS" which apparently was not good enough). They literally were audibly sighing and scoffing at me, I could basically hear them rolling their eyes. Totally unprofessional ESPECIALLY considering my package has been delayed past the expected delivery date by 3 business days now (and the weekend). I cannot express how uncomfortable and hurt I was by this abrasive style. Very off putting. Highly recommend you properly train your employees in customer service because if I could choose not to use this company again, I would.
