Brought a bike rim in to be fixed and Dan fixed it quickly. Workers were polite and knowledgeable.

So unorganized, lots of miscommunication. Call the Fort Erie number, you get some woman in Thorold that answers the phone "Hello" and when you ask if it's Front Row Sports you get a snotty reply of yes. Maybe try answering the phone with the business name....
