Dr Frizzell is talented, hardworking, funny, kind and goes out of his way to accommodate all his patients. He makes going to the dentist enjoyable.

We have had expereince with great hygenist at Frizzel in the past, but recently had the rudest hygienist ever experienced .. i didnt get her name but she looked south asian behind the mask. She lied about legal requirements and her cleaning job was an utter joke. She was unprofessional, petty and spiteful. In all my years of going to the dentist and having a cleaning. This was the worst. Wasted my time and money. Never again. Dr. Frizzel has lost this patient.

My experiences at Dr. Frizzell's office have always been positive. They are welcoming and kind, calming all my nerves. I have always left their office feeling great about my cleaning and examinations. Jessica has been my hygienist at each visit and I could not recommend her enough!! She is professional and kind, ensuring you are comfortable during the entirety of visit!

Dr. Frizzell is the best dentist ever! He and his staff treat you like family. They are very attentive and handle "fear of dentist" anxiety excellently. He is always available and even went in on his birthday on a Sunday to aid our son with a braces issue when the orthodontist wasn't available! We don't even live in Niagara Falls but will travel just to remain his patient.
