If there was "no star" that would have been my review and end of story. The customer service representative didn't want to redeem a price match with Real Canadian Superstore. The Flipp app explicitly states the date and week of the prices. I go on to show you the price on RCSS's website but tell me it has to be in a flyer. Just made excuses and tried to make it look like I was unreasonable in the queue. I asked the manager of the store and he said it has to be a paper flyer. The manager is on another level dismissiveness. Terrible customer service all around and it seems to be worsening. I did drive to RCSS on Fourth Avenue and grabbed my juice drink but I should say this was extremely unprofessional and corroborates my poor shopping experience at this store location.
View on GoogleWe love shopping at this grocery store! Great prices and great food, but truely its the staff that makes it wonderful experience. Morning or afternoon we are ALWAYS lucky enough to get Karlene as our cashier. She's alway happy and helpful and does such a great job!
View on GoogleFirst time shopping here... absolutely loved the store until I checked out... absolutely horrible customer service by Noah. He didn't say a word to us, rolled his eyes and groaned when we told him we had a points card, practically threw down our receipt when my husband was very clearly holding out his hand for it and when we said "Have a nice night." he just flat out ignored us. 5/5 for the Store 0/5 for Noah
View on GoogleThe store is fantastic, great layout, awesome prices. However, the "express" cashier Noah is incredibly dismissive and rude. Firstly he didn't say hello which is fine I get having a bad day, but then he process to toss my groceries down the belt like he's a factory worker sorting parts. Second he forgot to ask me for my membership card and when I asked if could scan it he proceeded to snap back the debit machine with excessive force to cancel the transaction, rolled his eyes and gave a big sigh before saying "There." Finally after all that I simply said "Thank you and have a nice day today" and all he could reply with was another " *Sigh* yeah whatever." I completely understand having a bad day in retail but this guy took the cake and was by far the worst part of the shopping trip.
View on GoogleRude customer service and management. The cashier used and incorrect produce code and trippled the cost of the item i was looking to purchase. While I understand that she didn't do it intentionally, when I brought to her attention the mistake she made she started to talk to me condescending and extremely rude...like I was some kind of criminal for correcting her and requesting to be charged the correct amount. She made a big scene out this situation and continued to be rude and condescending. One of the managers corrected the price ( thank you) While this rude employee continued to insult me for no reason. Her behavior was unnecessary and not acceptable considering that the store was in the wrong for this huge charge ans mistake. Customers who linned up at the cash register heard the conversation and saw what happened...they approached me in the parking lot to congratulate me for standing my ground with the rude employee and to share their concerns about the store's rude and bad customer service they had experienced. I agreed with them...this was not the first time when I have an extremely bad experience shopping at this store. Shame on you !!
