I had a very disappointing experience today. The staff did not seem to have any sense of how to treat customers politely. One of the employees, a girl named Shina, was especially rude while doing the billing. She did not speak respectfully and seemed unaware of how to communicate properly with customers. She also did not follow basic responsibilities during billing. Normally, staff should ask customers if they have a Scene card before completing the payment, but she never asked me. When I brought it up afterward and told her that I had a Scene card, she replied rudely and said that the billing was already done, even though she had never asked me in the first place. Overall, the behavior was unprofessional and disappointing. I hope the management will train their staff to communicate politely and treat customers with respect.
View on GoogleWORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went there 2 days ago, their produce sucks! cashier was so rude, started talking to another lady in different language in front of me, gave me weird look. Another lady who claimed to be the store manager was very unprofessional, no leadership skills, uneducated attitude and worst communication skills. She talked to me in very unprofessional manner, was angry at me for not knowing the price matching. They looked like they were working there forcefully , she was working in freshco with the attitude of working in NASA! Suggestion: if you don't like your job , then quit! find something better then ruining others day with your unprofessionalism ! such a shame ! YOU CAN DO BETTER FRESHCO higher people who wants to work, with experience or better skills .
View on GoogleThe store has been improving a lot on selections and products. You can find many Asian foods available which is awesome! My main issue is that it is filthy everywhere. The trash bin next to the door is constantly full and the parking lot is littered. Inside the store isn't any better, there are garbage bags on the floor and paper. It's like walking through a dirty alleyway.
View on GoogleLove the store. Great prices but they’re carts- need work. I pulled my back with the one cart that kept veering left. Almost hitting people. I once over shelves! This was the THIRD cart I went and got! Now Imagine over 100 pounds of groceries + in a cart that is not moving and you’re using all your might to keep it turned straight and then forcing it against gravity and the direction of the wheels and then- pulling your back because your body is not supposed to twist that way. That’s ONE time. The other time the wheels wouldn’t move and stopped second. Get your wheels fixed before someone sues you for getting hurt, and don’t think it won’t happen. Everything is filmed now! Everything!
View on GoogleWe found always fresh vegetables and fruits at FreshCo Niagara Falls. We love their Halal rotisserie chicken and different food selection. Also offers very rich cheese selection in the store. Shelves are well organized and clean. Only negative point is, there are 5 check outs and only 2 cashiers are working. Many time we have to wait long time and personally we are not using self checkouts because we use cash and prefer in person transactions instead of machine operator systems. Management should look into this.
