Went there today around 2pm to pick up some items that were on sale and you earn extra points with your scene card. When I got to the cashier she wanted my ID. Ive never been asked for ID when using my scene card in that store or any. I wasn't redeeming points or anything just earning the extra points for the fabric softener. So because I didn't have my ID I wasn't able to use it. Ive read the fine print on the flyer and also went to the scene website for terms and conditions and nothing was stated. Ive never had to show ID with any points card even when redeeming.
View on GoogleAbsolutely horrible costumer service!!!!! Had a very disappointing experience at this location and feel it should be addressed. When I asked an associate who was stocking items where the tortillas were, she paused, looked at me in a strange way, and then said, “on the other side,” without looking up or giving clear directions. I asked again for clarification and got the same response with the same attitude. It felt dismissive and uncomfortable, and I left the aisle without buying what I needed. At checkout, the cashier also kept giving me side glances, which made me feel like I was being watched for no reason. Overall, the behavior from both employees made me feel unwelcome. To be honest, it made me wonder if I was being treated differently because of who I am, and that’s not a good feeling for any customer to have. I’m sharing this in hopes that management investigates and provides customer service training, because respectful communication and equal treatment are important for everyone who shops here.
View on GoogleThe very best grocery store to shop at! My BF & I do all our weekly groceries at this store. From the really great sales prices they have each week (especially NOW when the economy is just SO expensive), to the friendly, kind, truly genuine staff who are always enthusiastic to help you out in any way they can! No matter which department. I have had great experiences of help from staff in the produce dept several times, the meat dept (includes poultry), to frozen foods, to customer service. Even the Manager of the store himself (I think he is actually the owner) has taken his time out to speak to me to assist me with any issue(s) I may have! I have always been left feeling a happy, satisfied, heard customer who they made the effort to show me that they appreciate my/our business. THAT is why we keep coming back each week! Plus, the produce dept meticulously ensures that EVERYTHING is fresh, crisp, clean, neat, tidy, most importantly - of the highest quality! My BF & I often, marvel at the "size" of different fruits, or how crisp & juicy items are. The grapes at this FreshCo are first of all, pleasantly big, delightfully tasty & deliciously firm that they make crisp sounds when bitten. If you neec or want something different than is available in the meat dept, the staff are so friendly & always happy to help! You never feel like they are rushing you or that you are annoying them. They take the time to accomodate your needs. In fact, I have actually "learned" a lot from the staff about things I never knew before. Proper ways to cook certain things, how to properly freeze certain things or unthaw/defrost & so much more. I am made to feel like a valued, appreciated, important customer. So, that's why FreshCo gets my consumer shopping dollars each week.
View on Googleso me and my boyfriend came here looking for icecream. come to realize that the icecream looked like it had been in a snow storm. nobody wants freezer burnt icecream, this is so unacceptable. do better!!
View on GoogleVery nice experience here today. When walking in and browsing I noticed how clean the store was. The produce department was very well stocked and very neat and organized as was the rest of the store. I would recommend stopping in.
