Fresh Start Clinic

I needed to switch to this clinic out of necessity when I got in to a car accident and lost my vehicle. Granted, I was only a patient for 1 week prior to going to treatment, I did not have a great experience. Where I had the most issues was with the receptionist. It seemed as though I was burdening her by asking her to call the treatment center I was about to go too in order to arrange prescriptions being sent there. Also, as I was getting ready to leave treatment, she was of no assistance in getting me a prescription for my first two days being home (the weekend). Every time she was asked a question by myself or the nursing staff at the treatment facility, she was unable to give a definite answer, every response she had sounded as though it had a question mark at the end of her sentence. And again, it seemed as though I was being a burden. That being said, Dr. Fallis was an absolute pleasure to talk to the few times I did have have appointment. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The medical assistance at this clinic was very good, the clinic itself was very clean and clearly well taken care of, and everyone at the attached pharmacy was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I left a 3/5 as opposed to a 5/5 was due to the receptionist. If your plan is to stay at this clinic permanently then I don't imagine you will have any issues whatsoever. If the time comes where you need to change clinics or have anything to do beyond leaving a sample and seeing your doctor. You may run in to some issues.

Absolutely love the staff, very friendly and kind everytime I'm there. And Dr. Fallis is the greatest doctor I've ever had in my life, he's by far the kindest person and actually cares about his patients. Thanks 2 Dr.Fallis's help I've got my life back!!

Friendly staff, extremly clean. I dont know where id be without dr falis. The man is thoughtful, careing, and most of all an excellent doctor. I feel as though he and others in his field are doing gods work ( healing the sick in both body and mind). I recommend to anyone struggling with any issues to seek this place out. What do you have to lose.

Best place in port Colborne for sure good service and the staff and doctors are amazing definitely would recommend anyone with addiction issues to give them a call
