Went in to ask about the S26 Ultra preorders and employee Meet was a little short handed that day but he handled every customer that came in like a real professional. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and I left with my preorder all set up and ready to be picked up the following week. Fantastic service

I visited the Freedom store on Vansickle Rd in St Catharines Ont. The salesperson Meet Patel was excellent. He answered all my questions and offered suggestions with absolutely no pressure. He explained things on my phone which I needed to know. It was a very pleasant experience. I preferred being in an actual store rather than a mall kiosk. And Meet stressed that if I have any questions or difficulties with my phone, to call or drop in to the store for assistance. Also, I was pleased with the phone plan available as well as the price. Wonderful service by Romal & Meet. They were extremely helpful and very friendly. Ended up switching from bell two phones and got new flip phone for my husband, left with huge smile on my face.
