Freedom Mobile (Kiosk)

Went to upgrade my phone and made sure my address was correct 5 times and he reassured me that the unit number was on my account. It was NOT and now I have to wait 2 weeks for everything to be canceled and passed my trade in time.

We went to the Kiosk on Sunday February 8 and spoke with Jay. He was very helpful in giving us the information we asked about. We decided to upgrade our phones and Jay explained the process of because we had to get the new phones sent to the house since they didn’t have them in stock. Jay completed the paperwork quickly and efficiently. We received the phones within 2 days even though Jay said it might take 5 to 7 days. Thank you Jay for being so helpful and doing such a good job.

I would leave 10 stars if I could! Matthew and the entire staff were a tremendous help today, not only for installing a screen protector on my wife's iPhone 17 but helping us with the conversion from SIM to eSim. Thank you all very much! When I upgrade my phone I will be revisiting guaranteed. Anyone who is reading this and not only wants to save money on their monthly bill but wants outstanding service, please visit the Kiosk at Seaway Mall, you will not be disappointed!

I wanted to make a point here about the service I received recently when I upgraded my device this far by is the best freedom store. I’ve been a long-term customer of freedom. The service I received at this store was really exceptional. Specially, the guy name Aditiya Who helped me get an upgrade on my plan relevant above and beyond once I got the phone and then I have to exchange it due to some reason he really helped me to get everything done right on spot and stay connected through the whole process him and his manager secured a device that I’m looking for and no time to get it exchanged once again great work, freedom team and specially Aditya at freedom seaway mall.

Great staff here. They helped out a friend that lived outside of the Freedom area and they explained everything and made suggestions as to where to get a new provider and phone that would be compatible for their home address. Great help.
