The first alterations had a slight bulge in the back, so I called and explained the issue. Tanya asked me to come in and she fixed the fit quickly and professionally at no extra charge. The jeans now fit exactly how I wanted smooth, comfortable and tailored to my shape. I really appreciate how easy the communication was and how willing she was to make sure the final result was right.
