What a fabulous and knowledgeable shop! We came across Frankie Sez Hatters on a weekend country-side cruise. I went in with my friend with no intention of buying a hat and walked out with an amazing Bailey 1922 fedora, something I have never worn before. I have tried hats on in other stores, but never liked anything I tried on. The difference here is the knowledge of the staff, who were able to recommend a couple of hats that really looked good on me. I bought the more expensive one with no regrets. Please don’t let a few self-absorbed reviewers rob you of the opportunity to be properly fitted with a classy hat by the super friendly and helpful staff. I only saw the negative reviews here after I got home. People whining about how they don’t want kids in the store or no more than two people at a time in the shop is selfish and unmerited. They have a lot of expensive stock and if your kid or you messes it up, they can’t sell it. The loss is too great for such a small specialty business. Maybe the lady who served me is the owner, I didn’t ask. But she totally changed my perspective on hats. I will definitely return when I want to get myself another quality hat.

Since there are so many bad reviews I figured I would put in my 2 cents. I have rarely had as pleasant a time with a retail experience as I do buying hats from Frankie Sez. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. The prices are more than reasonable. The quality of the hats is surpurb. I hate shopping as a rule but, If I had the time and expendable money I would be there more often... Great place hope to return sooner than later.

There aren't many quality hat shops. I found this one from a search on Google Maps. Excellent selection of hats. I found the hats to be of excellent quality from well known hat makers. Great service. I wish I had got the name of the lady who helped me. She was so nice. I did buy a hat and wore it home. I'll be back in the spring to see their selection of spring / summer hats. If you're looking for a hat, this place is the place to go.
