My parents had structural issues with their home. Basement walls were caving in and water was coming in also. Fralick came and pushed the walls back in place, filled them with cement, patched all holes/cracks/seams and waterproofed the basement. They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. My parents are extremely pleased with their work. Can't say enough good things about Fralick Construction. They did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

Chuck and his crew gave me a quote for all 4 walls of my home to be waterproofed. Great job, on time, cleaned up whrn done, respectful of neighbours. Charged exactly what was quoted.

If you are looking for someone to actually show up and do the job, call someone else. In the spring of 2013, Chuck Fralick told us that he would come and do the work in June. By September, he said he was still too behind on his jobs and suggested he come in December or spring 2014. I understand a slight delay when you are depending on the weather to be suitable for working, but to delay for a year is unacceptable. I would not suggest hiring this company.
