Foundry Lofts

I’ve been living at Foundry Lofts for the past 3 years and have had such a great experience. The staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful, and Matt has been wonderful! Would highly recommend as great place to live as a student!

It’s really nice place to stay. I really like the amenities and the staff are very helpful. The distance to uni is also good and since there is always a bus every half an hour during weekdays so it’s easy to commute. Everything is easy to access in the building and the laundry is included in unit which makes it even more better.

a) don't belive the 5 star reviews they provide rent incentives for doing so. b) Maintenence is done with little care for the repair, with bandaid fixes rather than diagnosing the actual problem. c) plow your damn parking lot, 3 feet of snow in the past 2 weeks and not a single parking spot has been cleared

Honestly, at first it seemed like an ideal place to live, especially because it was close to my university. However, over time I realized that the management cares more about money than the well-being of the students. I lived here for about three years, and eventually had to move out because the situation started affecting my mental health. It’s not the most affordable option, just a convenient one. If you have other alternatives, I would recommend exploring them first. The amenities are nice, but the overall care and support for residents could be much better.

On my last year here and I’ve loved living here. Staff are really nice and maintenance requests are always carried out quickly and efficiently. Jaden is the best, she’s so sweet and awesome to talk to! Will miss living here when I move out next year!
