My first appointment for Osteopathy was great, my sciatic pain was relieved immediately. I noticed the guy had a bit of a wild personality so some of the things he said I just tossed under the rug as his humour which is fine. My second appointment things were very different. I have to say I’m quite disappointed with the professionalism. I wouldn’t talk to my clients the way I was spoken to. The moment I laid on the table and he picked up my feet, he made a gross comment to me saying “your feet absolutely reek” meanwhile I’m very hygienic, I had brand new, clean clothes on and had a shower right before I went so I knew 100% they didn’t stink. He then continued by saying he liked to tell clients their feet stink in the beginning of their appointment to embarrass them. Then, he mentioned very inappropriate topics about how he got a massage from a friend once and got an erection. I assume he was trying to make conversation and brought up my job as an RMT but that subject was far too unprofessional to bring up while working on me. I won’t be back but maybe take this as a learning opportunity of how to talk to clients? He mentioned how people call him cocky for how he speaks but that’s not how I’d describe it. I even left my appointment disappointed with the care to my body too. He booked me in for 45 minutes yet only treated me for a half hour and I left feeling more pain than when I went in. I’m aware he wanted to leave because he said to reception he just wanted to go to his cabin but if you book a client in for a service, that time should be respected and not rushed. I’m not confrontational so writing reviews isn’t my thing but after speaking to my husband he told me that I should be telling people about this because what happened during that appointment wasn’t right. Just do your research on services you’re looking into and don’t accept any services that are offered by people who are less than professional with you.

Today was my third time going to Fortius for my right knee. Karen does wonders!!! I can sleep without any pain!!! A big thank you to you and the staff!!!

I have had the pleasure (and will have future pleasure) of using the services at Fortius (Fort Erie location). Erin at the front desk is the kindest host/ greeter/ receptionist/ appointment booker, etc. Tania is my PT I have been seeing post left knee arthroscopic synovectomy for Diffused PVNS. She is knowledgeable, kind, and ensures that I push a little harder to make sure I get to where I need to be. Her kinesiologist Karen also fills in and she is also a kind hearted and knowledgeable person! My experiences at Fortius have been nothing less than enjoyable every single time! The Fort Erie location is so nice because it is small, and feels more personable than other larger establishments I have visited in the past. I highly recommend that you consider Fortius for your PT needs!

I have been going to Fortius for a few months now and have been thoroughly impressed with all staff! Courteous , kind and beyond knowledgeable about their individual expertise Kassidy has been extremely helpful in physio and my mobility has improved greatly since going to her. Colleen is equally as good in massage therapy and knows what is needed each appointment!

I have been attending Physio with Tania for 10+ years. She is an absolute gem! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If there was an option for 6 stars I would definitely choose that. Tania always comes up with the proper treatment no matter the issue. Her kinesiologist Karen is top notch as well. I would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends.
