I LOVE Dr Kamatovic. He’s one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. But his receptionist is DISGUSTINGLY rude. She has a major attitude problem. Every single time I’ve been in the office, it’s never failed. Despite the note on the office window, no swearing, she was even swearing during my most recent visit. It makes me sick to my stomach to know there’s people like her who work with and for people. She should be fired and banned from health caregiving.

⸻ Dr. Kamatovick, You are an excellent doctor, but many of your patients — and I agree with them — have mentioned in their reviews that the waiting time is extremely long, sometimes up to four hours. Your receptionists rarely answer the phone, and I’ve asked them several times why. They usually say they’re busy, but I’ve personally called the office while sitting in your clinic and seen them doing nothing — yet they still don’t answer. It seems that this issue hasn’t been addressed, which gives the impression that patient care and communication are not a priority. There’s no doubt about your medical expertise, but this situation truly needs improvement.

I cant express enough how thankful I am to have a great medical practitioner like Dr Kamatovic accessible in our community. Very knowledgeable in many aspects of the human body, and shows actual care to his patients. I've been dealing with a very concerning unknown health issue. After spending roughly 100 hours over 2 weeks at our local emergency rooms and clinics to only be disregarded by them and told someone will call you. I figured Id go speak with Dr Kamatovic, And I'm am very glad I did as he actually showed some concern and set me up with specialists the same day. Even the specialist expressed the knowledge of Dr K. I wish I could become a full time patient of Dr Kamatovic, as the struggle to find a good doctor like himself has been exhausting and lead me to doctors that just want to write unnecessary prescriptions for an unknown issue. People express concern for the long wait times, but I much prefer to spend 1-3 hours actually getting care and some answers, than spend 6-12 hours in emergency to be told someone will call... Thank you to everyone at this clinic as it's always been a great experience!!!

This Dr only cares about himself and his pocket book. His exact words to me were " I can treat 4 patients for the same amount of time that I treat you"!!! Dr Kamatovic you sir are a clown!! Specially after I purchased you and your staff a gift card, unreal. Go to Douglas Memorial, great staff and quality service!!
