Fort Erie Animal Hospital

All I ask is next time, be a professional you're supposed to be!! My girlfriend brings in her cat that is skin and bones, very un well, looking for answers and hope. Instead of being honest, professional and telling her the cat is suffering and she needs to be put to rest you send her home with a month supply of medication. She had a heart attack not even 48hrs after leaving your office. My girlfriend will forever be haunted by the images of her cat when she found her passed away. All because you didn't want to tell her the brutal honest truth. Would not recommend this vet!! Very unprofessional!!

I've been going to Fort Erie Animal Hospital for over a year now. The staff is very nice and accomodating to your needs when it comes to availability. They are always so delightful to deal with and just all around nice and friendly people. On a couple of occasions, I have not been the happiest customer to deal with and to my amazement, the staff and especially Dr. Gill have always treated me with the utmost respect and understanding. The prices are definately better than any other place around that I know of and the animal care that I've received from Dr. Gill is excellent and I would highly recommend trying this establishment out. They are definately 5 stars in my book.

Went to see them today. My dog who is yes a pitbull. Has some very bad paw issues. We have been to many vets. They just cut him a script for antibiotics, send him home. Was never curing it. We have had him four years, we desperately needed his nails clipped with sedation. We tried so many vets, cause we didnt want to keep going to the other one. They wouldnt take him. Now my dog is not aggressive at all. Actually very loving. So when I called they said yep. Made him an appointment for today. I called last thursday. Amazing absolutely amazing. The receptionist was so sweet. The vet he was just great. Made it so less stressful. Actually looked at my dog. I cant thank him enough. He didnt judge my dog, and actually cared. It meant the world to me/ hubby. Went home with proper meds, and a happy dog. Thankyou to the staff for an amazing experince

Brought my boy in and the Veterinary Doctor was so sweet and gentle with him. Cleaned his ears, took samples, checked his eye, and showed me what to do at home. We both left feeling happier. I appreciate all the help !

We've been customers to the Fort Erie Animal Hospital for the past 4+ years. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated Penny & Pumpkin with so much care and compassion. They were gentle, reassuring, and always took the time to answer our questions and make sure we understood everything about their care. Penny recently had surgery; they gave us clear instructions, realistic expectations, and genuinely cared about her healing journey. Thanks to them, she’s now happily cone-free and back to her zoomies! 🐾 You can tell this team truly loves animals — and it shows in every detail. We’re so grateful for their support, and Fort Erie Animal Hospital will always be our first choice for vet care. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our girl. 💛
