Forest of Flowers Grimsby

I never go to a different florist. Every staff interaction I’ve had there has been so pleasant and full of laughter. My last visit, I was helped by Ally (and also the owner…I should have gotten her name but didn’t)—I asked Ally to make up a bouquet within my budget (her choice of flowers) and the result was gorgeous and perfect! Meanwhile, I was able to pick from the large selection of Mylar balloons and have them blown up while I waited for the bouquet to be finished. My parents were thoroughly pleased with the arrangement and balloons, so it’s a win for everyone! As usual, a great experience in this local flower shop and I’ll be back for my next flower purchase very soon!

I’ve been going to this florist since it has opened and have been dealing with Ally. I can’t say enough about her detail and care to customers. She’s taken the time to know my preference big or little entertained any arrangement till perfection. Always greeted with a smile and goes above and beyond what she needs to do. Quality of the lillies she gets me are amazing and if not, she will take it upon herself and get me the perfect ones. Ally, you’re made to design with a vision….

Friendly service and staff. Great looking bouquets. I recommend calling ahead and ordering. We were walk-ins on Valentine's Day and had a great experience. Our loved one enjoyed their arrangement.

Great, friendly and an absolute helpful delight to talk too. I am a young man, shopping for my fiancé. I have no idea what I was looking for and dina was a huge help guiding me through what to get. She helped me with a couple questions, and also was very reasonably priced and fair. She also gave me a coupon, super helpful, kind, sweet lady. Couldn’t recommend her more.

I stop in here a couple times a month for fresh flowers, the customer service from Molly is super genuine and you can feel how much she enjoys her craft. The quality of flowers they provide are top shelf and last 2 weeks plus, every time! Molly is a gem and always creates a beautiful bouquet. Couldn’t be happier with this florist in town 😁
