For the Needy Not the Greedy

So moved by the kindness shown at this wonderful store. The ladies gifted my daughter a bath chair today . Brand new her chair would have costed our family $4000. If you can please donate to them . A worthy cause . We need more kindness in the world . They have so many second hand medical equipment for sale there.. from walkers, wheelchairs , gloves … etc. ❤️

This place was great. Needed a walker (nothing fancy), went in, associate helped me find the proper one for my height for the seat. $50 and it was mine and not a rental. They answered my emails quickly as well and have a lot of stock. Highly recommend!!!!

While the lady who helped me was nice, I purchased a used wheelchair that I was told was checked to make sure it was in good working order only to find out that it was in-fact not. My friend was told she needed a wheelchair to leave the hospital. I was recommended this place. When we brought it to the hospital the nurse, OT, PT and lady who helped with discharge out of the rehab facility told us that the brakes were broken on the one side. We reached out to ask if we could return the wheelchair only to be told they did not do returns and that they had a very strict return policy. I can understand not taking things back for no reason however the wheelchair was sold to me broken. Not only did this delay my friend leaving the hospital but left us out $175 dollars. To add to the horrible experience they told us we could “donate” the wheelchair back to them so they can resell it. I absolutely will not be doing that as I would hate for another person to pay the same money only to have the same issue again. What an absolute pathetic service this “not for profit organization” did to our family! Do not go here unless you want to waste your money on damaged items that they will only take back as a donation to screw the next family over with!

This wheelchair ♿️ is for my 92 year old dad that is in a nursing home. The staff is professional and wonderful. My Dad is very happy with his wheelchair ♿️. For the Needy Not the Greedy is excellent for medical equipment and they give great customer service.

Wendy, one of the employees, was a delight to speak with. Happy to help and she provided valuable insight on the many questions I was asking. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to... very understanding. The warehouse had an endless supply of medical equipment. Prices are a fraction of the actual cost. Good to know I can drop off excess wound dressing care supplies here as well - they take it all. Definitely recommend checking out this supplier if in need of medical equipment.
