Foot Locker

Terrible experience. Went yesterday to get my disabled son properly sized. Was ignored by staff while all three male staff members gawking at one woman while disregarding my wife stepping in to ask for assistance. The little ginger man child proceeded to tell my wife to size it herself and claims they dont do that there….. “You dont sell shoes in correct sizes? You have no customer care in place.” I asked myself. I then asked for the device to size his feet properly. Im met with a dirty glare and an arrogant attitude telling me that i should know his size.. Let me say my son is 10 with growing feet. His boots are already a touch small so as any parent I expected to get him properly sized and then get a half size bigger to allow him to grow into…. It’s clear to me he didnt want to help us once he saw my sons condition.. so we left and wont ever be back. Discriminating against my autistic son is something i wont tolerate. Foot locker just lost any respect i had for them. Thats the staff they keep? Terrible to see how autism is still looked down on.

I purchased shoes on line and the day after I received them I received a 20% off notice. I messaged customer service but they weren’t too helpful so I brought the shoes to Foot Locker in Pen Center. Dino was fantastic! Excellent customer service. Thank you!!

Jermain(I think I forgot how to spell his name) was really nice when he was helping me. I was looking for a pair of shoes for a present, and he was able to help me find the right pair!! Definitely ask him for help, he's really nice:D

Brigs was amazing!! She greeted me right away and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. She really knew her stuff and made the whole shopping experience super easy and enjoyable. You can tell she actually cares about helping people, definitely the best customer service I’ve had in a long time! I love her!

Went today and purchase AF1 shoes. There were 3 or 4 staff members working when we entered. None were serving customers and yet no one greeted us. We stood around for a few mins while staff walked around or used their phones but did not acknowledge us as we stood in front of the shoes and looked at them for help. Finally we walked up to the cash and asked for the shoes which they went in the back to retrieve. We bought them and left, by far not what I expected from this store. Very disappointing.
