Absolutely ridiculous staff. Didn't help at all, I was tryna buy groceries for a customer during an uber order, I asked a white lady with blonde hairs for help, showed me hand and walked away.

I’m writing this review out of sheer frustration and concern for customer safety. For the past three months, I have repeatedly reported the same expired product (paneer momos, expired February 2025) to customer service and management at this location. Every single time, I am told it will be handled — and yet, every time I return, the same expired items are back on the shelf. Today was the final straw. I brought multiple expired packs to the checkout only to ensure they would NOT be put back on the shelf. I was very clear: I was not trying to get anything for free. I wasn’t asking for a refund. I wasn’t asking for a replacement. I was doing what any responsible customer would do — preventing someone else from unknowingly buying expired food. Instead of listening, the cashier immediately snapped at me and said, “I can’t give them to you for free.” That assumption was insulting, dismissive, and completely missed the point. Let me be very clear: • I did not want free products • I did not want compensation • I wanted expired food REMOVED from the shelf When I explained this, I was still met with attitude and disrespect, and I am almost certain those products were put right back where they don’t belong — on the shelf. If you work in customer service and cannot listen without making assumptions, you should not be dealing with customers. When someone takes the time to repeatedly flag a food safety issue, the response should be professional and responsible, not rude and dismissive. Food Basics: If you cannot replace expired items, fine — but DO NOT put them back on the shelf. That is the bare minimum expectation for a grocery store. I like this product. That’s exactly why I’ve kept reporting it — so nobody gets sick. The fact that this has been ignored for months is unacceptable. Do better. Train your staff better. And most importantly, take expired food seriously.

Offer free delivery for the month but do not have the resources to keep the shelves stocked. This is hurting customers and delivery drivers. Super disappointing

I purposely avoid cashing out with the cashiers, specifically the two older ladies that have the 8-4 m-f shift locked down. They ignore you at the register and speak when they feel like it, or better yet in the case of one - walks away entirely from the register to chat up the customer service cashier. Self check out machine has better manners than they do.
