⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience here. The staff were very respectful, professional, and friendly. Everything felt welcoming and well-managed. The supervisor/manager showed great professionalism, which really made a positive impression. I truly appreciate the excellent service and respectful behavior. Highly recommended.

Far too many dropped trailers here. Daytime is fine but come late at night and what used to be a great place has become terrible for parking. Pilot corporate needs to get on these guys. I counted over 35 dropped trailers and parked cars reserving their spots.

Our car broke down near Flying J and we cannot say enough about the sweet ladies who helped us at Flying J. We had to spend hours there overnight with a toddler. Kayleigh and Maddie treated us like family. They chatted with us between customers, kept us safe and warm, brought chairs out for us to sit on, offered their own iPad to our toddler to watch cartoons, called tow companies for us when CAA was taking too long, and more. They truly went above and beyond. In between we saw how they interacted with all their customers with the same friendliness and kindness. Kayleigh and Maddie were two of our angels on a difficult night. We are so grateful! Give them a hug, a raise, and a thank you from 3 weary travelers! ❤️

We stopped in Saturday night for snacks as we’re in the area. I cross at Lewiston so I never get to stop in here. Staff were great and it was clean. My kids hung out and watched some of the leafs game in the drivers lounge. Great night.

Parking is good. Truck wash available Pizza is good. But don't buy breakfast like boiled eggs, egg sandwiches, chicken sandwiches and tunas. These seems expire . They have to remove these products before expiration. I was hungry I ate it. Eggs was like white creamy eww. Photos attached.
