I contacted this company via telephone and supplied all the data for a quote on Mirrors & Shelving - Installed . They promised the quote early Thursday afternoon -- NONE RECEIVED . Friday morning I called - No record of my telephone conversation . The party answering my call on Friday asked me for the details . I was not about to revisit my request . We have other more responsive options -- I used Low's Glass -- EXCELLENT SERVICE & Installation . It makes you wonder how some companies stay in business in spite of themselves .

Very honest people working at this company. I was planning to purchase new window screens but they advised me that I didn't have to because the ones that I currently had were fine. They saved me money by not purchasing something that I didn't need. On top of that, Phil Saglimbeni came over to my house to see why the screens I had would not insert properly. He spent time explaining a bunch of different things about windows. When I asked him how much was the fee for him to come by, he said there was no charge. I tried to give him tip but he wouldn't accept it. Great guy with a great personality. I highly recommend this company!

The salesman and installers were great. But waiting 8 months for a repair to our new bow window, with ZERO communication unless initiated by us, was ridiculous!

On Wednesday May 21 Fleming windows and mirrors installed 2 large Bay windows at our house. The installers were very talented and did a great job. We could not be more pleased with the windows and workmanship. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs replacement windows for their home.

Excellent service and quality from Nathan and the team. Stu did an excellent job in precutting all the trim and metal work. Explained everything with I picked up the material. Stu packaged the material and glass for a safe drive (400k) to the cottage. Installation went well with no issues.
