I recently visited this facility for a random DOT screening, they were very friendly and accommodating, they brought me right in and didn’t make me wait unlike some of the other places. There is also truck parking available across the street, Highly recommended!

Was sent there for Drug and Alcohol testing as a pre screen for a new job. They treat you and talk to you like you're on parole. Not friendly not professional. Was not a pleasant experience. 1st time having to do this for a job and this place has zero customer service.

Iam an Independent operator I started out as a broker in 2005 I then decided to go Independent in 2012 and that is when I meet Vickie at Fleet Tax Services she was and is very professional and knowledgeable. When I arrived at her office I was confused as to where to start she took all my stress away and I was so relieved that she took care of everything and I felt an immediate trust in Vickie and staff all I had to do was surrender the documents that she requested and I was up and running in approximately 4 to 5 weeks as an Independent with all my authorities. Fleet Tax services still look after all my reporting and Iam so pleased with their professionalism they are always one step ahead of me this way I can concentrate on the road and maintenance on my truck. I would highly recommend Fleet Tax Services Vickie and staff as they do an amazing job I always enjoy dropping into office just to say hi. Keep up the amazing job you do!!!!!!!!

I had previously dealt with fleet tax services as a driver for another company so when it came time to open my own authority I chose Vicky and Fleet Tax Services to do the job. I can honestly say as a professional it was one if the worst experiences in my career. I paid fleet tax services Canadian portion and US portion of money for all authorities and anything related to company documents and plating for USA and Canada. I had given all the necessary documents to Vicky for fleet tax services to get the job done, on March 28, 2018, and I didn’t receive any authorities for the USA by 1 May 2018. None whatsoever. Peior tobthis she was verbally abusive to my driver when he called her just for an update, she verbally abused him on the phone while he was traveling with his family wife and 13 year old girl as the phone call was on Bluetooth inside if car while he was driving. When I went to her office to speak with her, as she was rude when I asked by phone what was taking so long, and her phone call with my driver as she never made mention of it. I believe if you are hired to represent my company and you have any issue with any of my employees you should have brought it up with me. Due to this I took a witness with me just in case, I sat down and asked about the status of my authorities in a calm manner, I was rudely verbally attacked by Vicky, she refused to hand over any of my company documents once I stated I no longer wish for Vicky or fleet tax services to represent me. At this point I asked for a reefund for US authorities that I had paid for but never received, since the services were never rendered. At this point Vivky of Fleet-Tax Services snapped continued her verbal assault, which her daughter taped on video by phone and told me and my witness to get the hell out of her office and slammed the door. To this day she has refused to send back documents owned by my Corporation and has refused to refund any monies owed. I sent her a letter by registered mail asking for my corporate documents to be handed back to me and a partial reefund for services not rendered, but Vicky and Fleet-Tax services has refused to comply. I have receipts showing these charges, have a witness as to the treatment and verbal abuse I received at her office. So to those doing future business, please be cautious as this turned out to be a nightmare for me. Sasha Z
