Ordered my new Grill with Bob today, process was very painless and enjoyable, Bob loves too talk BBQ!! Coming from a Broil King Imperial XL I am excited to try a new Grill, the visual build quality and over all feel of just opening the lid on the Flagro is more rewarding than any previous experience, can not wait for it to arrive after being hand built! Their quality and expertise speaks for its self, plus I have the satisfaction of supporting an amazing local company!! Keep up the good work and amazing customer service!! On a side note I happened to be speaking with a friend that is a chef and was happy to tell him of my new investment and he said "we have one at work that is about 20 years old, and it works perfect" Bob I can't wait to drop some nice Prime Rib steaks on this beauti !!! Flagro Silver Giant 36 BBQ - Nothing better for the Beach Life

I was one of "those" customers that shows up 10 min before closing. They were knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and put the parts together for me at a great price, highly recommended.

Just had my BubbaQ repaired, updated and renewed. Bob and his marvelous staff were easy to talk to, and the men that performed the work did a fantastic job! They explained the work needed to be done when I brought the BBQ to them, as well as the work that was done when I picked it up. It is important to note that the BBQ was 15 years old, used year-round and was still working fine when I decided to have it updated. That speaks volumes about the quality of original manufacture. Most BBQs don't last 15 years! Now, the BBQ looks brand new, inside and out and, with the updated features, performs even better than original. The cost of the update was very reasonable--I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. I strongly recommend all Flagro products. Quality, longevity, warranty and service is unequalled. My respect and gratitude goes to all the fine people at Flagro. Your dedication and craftsmanship is much appreciated.

Love my Flagro Silver Giant BBQ which I just got this week. I had to replace my 13 year old Vermont Castings and wanted a Canadian made unit. No lights or frills but just a great all stainless steel BBQ. Unit gets extremely hot and cooks a great steak. I hope to have this unit for many years and would recommend this BBQ to any serious backyard chef.
