Great experience. Rileigh was my RMT for body massage and I had a foot massage with Sam. Both were excellent and professional. Would definitely come back again.

Where do I start.....first I will start with the hotel that it's in, you feel you are at a resort in the tropics! It's so beautiful! Such a relaxing peaceful atmosphere!! The Spa was amazing, service was 5 star and then we also were able to access the salt pools that the hotel offers. Treat yourself!!!

We had a great experience at Five Lakes Spa Aveda. I booked a massage for myself and my wife had a facial and skin care treatment. We both left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was calm from the moment we walked in. My massage was exactly what I needed, and my wife loved her treatment. Everything was clean, professional, and well done. We’ll definitely be back.

Had a wonderful experience at this spa for a girls getaway. We time at the pool and hot tub prior to our spa services. The pool area is immaculate and well kept. The pool could have been slightly warmer but not complaining. I had a massage and a facial done and i left feeling like a million bucks ... the massage and facial were amazing .. i reccomend this spa if youre staying in the niagara area and need some r&r
