Staff are amazing, always a pleasure! Mary is very helpful. You pretty much get what you pay for. Both hip abduction machines have been broken for months now. There aren't many machines at this Fit4Less, with very little variety in machines as well. A lot of them are constantly broken which is a bummer. If you prefer dumbbells and plates, this is the gym for you!

Staff is great , friendly and keep the gym very clean . Mary does a great job running her team. Some areas to improve are machines are broken and not repaired for long periods Today I’ve counted 6 machines or cables that are broken and have been since early January If the gym needs more money to pay for the repairs maybe start making the people using the black card area and not paying actually pay for a membership Suspend members that let their friends in as well The amount of people that will now pay for a membership to use the black card area will cover the costs of the repairs

Been going to this gym for a while now, the hip abduction machine has been broken for over 6 months and still no replacement, same for leg extensions the machine is not functioning like the other one. It’s disappointing to pay for a gym membership and not being able to use all the equipment :(

Staff is very nice ( 5⭐️) but Administration is very badddd (0⭐️) because machines broken long time ago for maintenance. And some Hazards in the washroom. As you see the video should be check it every 2 hours & empty it every shift.

It's a nice big place for workout. Great location in the mall and open 24/7. Ample of parking space. Lots of options for workout. Nice equipments and massage chairs and Hydro massage too. Shower rooms and washrooms also with water fountain. Why one less 🌟? Many equipments are out of order which needs repair or parts, which is always delayed. This causes crowd on other similar machines and people are literally grabbing machines to get on it asaap, which affects the workout routine. I know they are working on it but still it's always delayed. Lockers are very small, I was able to fit my bag in the older location lockers but here it's too small to fit in, I had already informed the team when the gym was started and they mentioned as it's a new gym they fit it later but even after 6 months they haven't fixed it. So please get new lockers.
