Awesome service went in to do banking Cathy was my teller always calls me by my first name i needed to get a rrsp so Cathy referred me to Jenny who looked after me very friendly and professional ..also bank manager Vito always says hello and always there to answer any questions or look after any concerns. I have have been a customer with the credit union for over 61 years why i continue to deal with them personal and friendly thank you for your immediate service today last minute rrsp.

I have been going to the first Ontario credit Union in Thorold for at least 12 years. I think they have great customer service. Always friendly and helpful. I decided to start my own business last year and they helped me set up an account and getting a business credit card. I would recommend doing your banking with them.

I went there, not knowing anything about banking. Grateful to have met Drew Miller. He goes over and above for his clients. As I'm making myself more aware financially, I believe that choosing First Ontario credit union for my banking needs through help and support of Drew is one of the best decision I've made so far in my life. I have requsted a phone call from anyone at this branch in Thorold and have now been waiting in my 3rd day and still no phone call.. this is unacceptable. It appears that any issues i may have will not be dealt with till they are good and ready to speak with me if evan at all. This proves to me i am not a valued customer and shows a general lack of respect .

No matter the day or time there is always 1 teller and the lines are ridiculous. You would think Friday being pay day for most along with it happen to fall on a government check day as well there would be more hands on deck!! Guess not..... been banking with this bank since i moved to Ontario. Too bad the next location is not local to me or else I would go there.
