Mary is great, cuts my hair the way I want and gives sound advice for hair products. The other girls are great also!!

Me and my boyfriend went here yesterday to get a quick wash and style done for a wedding and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a hair dresser in my life. For starters our appointment was set for 9am the stylist (if you can call her that) didn't show up till 20 after nine, she didnt introduce herself to either of us ,then she needed clarification for our appointment several times, she could not listen to instructions, we showed her pictures of both our hair styles multiple times and she did something similar but not what we asked for for my boyfriend and something completely different for me. she asked if my boyfriend wanted his edges cleaned up with the trimmer and we said no multiple times and she started doing it anyway before he could get out of the chair all while ridiculing his hair staying things like "this hair is in bad shape." and "i wouldnt even call this hair", i asked for a simple wash and blow out and she didn't do that she decided to curl my hair instead and then tell me i didn't know what I was talking about, even thought I showed an exact picture. While she was doing my hair, she was complaining the entire time that we had a early appointment and that she was the only one working. I made the appointment 2 weeks prior. Finally since my boyfriend had to leave to deliver flowers to the wedding the stylist cornered me after the fact and charged me double the online price putting hme in a position where if i argued I would have been late for the wedding. I went in the following day to talk about this and the stylist was extremely rude, saying she would not refund this and that she "lowered" the price for us. It was supposed to be 70$, instead it was 124.28. she claimed that we asked for it, even thought we should her pictures multiple times. She completely ruined our day over this. This lady should be fired. EDIT: Tina from customer service reached out and was able to resolve the issue. Great customer service, will be going back just not to the same stylist

Jacquie did a great job on my trim and cleaning up my undercut. She also shaped my eyebrows nicely.

My husband went in for a buzzcut, the hairdresser cut his head in multiple areas and told him he wasn’t using tea tree oil enough and that was the problem.
