I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I clearly explained what I wanted, but the final hairstyle looked nothing like it. The cut was uneven and poorly done, and no effort was made to fix it. I left feeling upset and dissatisfied. Definitely not worth the time or money.

Kristina is a very talented hairdresser! She is excellent at colour / high lighting/ waxing and cuts! She is a very professional stylist and I would highly recommend her! The entire team at this location are all amazing! Thanks again Kristina for always doing such a great job with my cut and highlights! I get so many compliments! I love coming to this location. I always leave happier than when I came in. They are all so friendly and funny and get along so well. My cut is never a disappointment either.

Booked in for a hairstyle as I was attending a wedding that day. 3rd photo is the type of curls I requested and said any braid/twist for the top. 1st and 2nd photo are what I received. The stylist took 50 minutes to curl my hair and 20 for the twist, which I believe was excessive. I paid just over $90 for this and feel she may have been working extra slow in order to charge me more. Unfortunately I did not have time to have this completely redone and just had her fix the unevenness of the twist at the top. Additionally, the stylist wasn’t friendly and did not even speak to me. Highly recommend booking somewhere else!
