First Choice Hair

I booked an online appointment for a quick trim in between other appointments that I had. Not knowing the stylists, I chose a random name, BIG MISTAKE as that person was very busy that day and had several customers in the back getting other services. So she pulled them up one by one to get haircuts even after my scheduled time had passed…all while another stylist literally sat idly by. I asked the other stylist to switch me to her and she told me my selected stylist would be done soon. After 25 minutes, I had to ask the woman whose name I had selected to either ask the other stylist to take me or I had to leave. The switch took place and I left before my original stylist was done with the 2nd person she had taken before me. Lesson learned that I will NEVER select a particular stylist even just randomly….IF I ever return to FCH.

Dude completely butchered my hair. Pretty much exclusively used the electric razor and gave me a buzz cut when my hair was long and i just wanted a trim

I recently had an unfortunate experience at First Choice Cuts that left me quite disappointed. I initially inquired about a blow-dry service, and I was quoted a price of $45. However, when I was finished, I was told that the total was actually $75, which felt misleading and unprofessional. On top of the pricing issue, the quality of the service was subpar. The stylist repeatedly commented on how my hair looked bad, which was not only unhelpful but also quite discouraging. It's one thing to provide constructive feedback, but the way it was delivered felt rude and unprofessional. Given this experience, I will not be returning to First Choice Cuts. There are plenty of salons that prioritize customer service and transparency, and I would recommend seeking those out instead.

My grandson got a perm done from first choice. I would not recommend going to first choice as for the perm did not turn out we went back. They tried to put some treatment in my grandson‘s hair. The guy didn’t even cut his hair after he permed it, he fried his hair. I would not recommend anybody going To have their hair done there as for the manager I’ve spoke to after all this and what they did to my grandson‘s hair did not want them to re-perm his hair I had asked for money return of $130 since they did not do the job they were supposed to I Wouldn’t recommend anybody go in there to have their hair permed or after this services of not returning the money of going there at all I will never go back there again they lost my money going there too . go to Beamsville If you need a haircut or perm they do a way better job and services way better manager horrible

Called today to check out pricing for a shampoo and blow dry as my shoulder is injured at the moment. They quoted $60! I actually laughed on the phone. What a rip off for a simple wash and dry which would take 30 mins. Definitely check their prices before using them.
