Erin is great! It's always been challenging for me to get a nice haircut because it is so fine, and I'm basically a wash'n'go person. It always looks good when leaving the salon, but when left on its own, not so much. Erin cuts and styles my hair to suit MY hair.😊

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely ridiculous. $35 for an inch cut off my 5 year olds hair to listen to a hair dresser huff and puff and say quote “ I can’t cut her hair when she moves.” She’s 5 and this was our first and last time here. We had an appt for 5pm I booked days in advance. My daughter didn’t sit until 5:30 because Krysta who the appt was with decided to cut a mom’s hair who didn’t have an appt who had her kid in before mine. Also KRYSTA you should be more respectful when speaking about other peoples kids and not talk poorly about customers regardless of how difficult or quote “ holy crap that kid was a lot”. Be more respectful and professional. You asked what we wanted done with our daughter’s hair and we said just an inch off please, and your response was “ that’s it? That’s all we’re doing?” Never again. You need an attitude adjustment, and better time management as well. When someone has a 5pm appt I can understand a few minutes late but you don’t bump my daughter a half hour behind to cut someone else’s hair who didn’t have an appt. I’m very glad her dad brought her to the appt, because I would have walked right out. Never again will my daughter deal with your ignorance. I could only imagine what you said about my daughter after she left considering your mouth about the previous clients daughter. Change your attitude real quick. Management should be looking into this clown. Sincerely; a pissed off mom.

Krista is fabulous. She listens to what you’d like and makes suggestions according to your hair type. I’ve been to her several times and she’s done a great job every time. I’m trying to grow grey gracefully and Krista has definitely achieved that.
