I will not go back . I look worse than I did when I went in. How do I fix this? It just hangs there. There’s no framing it’s not even even. How is this a frame? It looks like something I did myself a few years ago that didn’t turn out so great. I took this picture less than five minutes after I left the Beamsville location. How’s it possible? It looks worse than when I went in. Your selection does not include haircut. The selection has style, blowout, and others, however, they do not style, they don’t blow dry If you ask for a haircut that frames the face. No round brush was used on me To see if it actually framed my face( Which, in my opinion, it did not) She used one comb With a pointy handle and one pair of scissors… No other tool was used to shape the hair around my face I did ask for a little blow dry since it’s so cold outside. I won’t go back. The hairstylist was just the most unpersonable person for someone who works in a service industry. She kept using terminology then I told her I didn’t understand what she meant by it, and all she did was just keep repeating those same words. There was no consultation of any type. I just said I wanted a haircut kind of the way it is now but just a little more life to it. There was no other communication except for “how is that?” I didn’t notice much of a difference the way she cut or something I have not seen before. And almost scared me. I didn’t even wanna go any further with her. All of me wanted to run out and scream when I said takeoff 2 inches, and she showed me something that, though I am Not a carpenter, I can honestly say it was probably an inch if that. My hair looks different and I just spent $45 which still makes me so upset. The fact that they start with 20% tip on the machine really upsets me and I told her I am not tipping 20% for a hairdo that looks exactly the same as I walked in. And when the hairdresser’s hair looks like it hasn’t been washed or styled in a few days, And that the little colour that was in the front of her face looks like it could’ve come from a box, and she herself looks like she woke up late and came to work without any care, it makes me nervous. Honestly, the station was filthy and I wish I could’ve taken a picture, but that would’ve been rude. The hair on the rolling stands that carry all of the curling irons and such, was ridiculous. She was sitting there doing nothing when I walked in, no clients nothing and so I don’t know why it was so dirty. It was 100% not hair from today as It was just noon, And there was multiple different colours of hair stuck everywhere. That hair had been there for a very long time. She still had hair in the combs of her shaver used on somebody else. $45 in today’s economy, I cannot do for the service I got. It was a very uncomfortable sit a very, very short sit.
View on GoogleDO NOT GO HERE. OVERCHARGE AN ELDERLY WOMAN This place is unethical. Do not go here!!! My mother had her hair cut, coloured and blow dried this week. It was $193 and she has short hair over the ears. A few months ago the price was $128 for the exact same service. I called to question the store manager and she confirmed there was not a price increase. When I asked why she was charged $193 she said because they blow dried her hair and used a ROUND brush. Are you kidding me? It was the exact same service she had before. I spoke with the owner and asked for a $65 refund. He said they don’t do refunds. He said he is a franchisee and can charge what he wants. He then gave me a ridiculous example saying if I went to Costco I couldn’t ask for an old price. I said but you said there wasn’t a price increase so why isn’t the price the same as it was previously?. I asked him straight out what the prices are and he fumbled saying he’s not sure he has other stores. I think they have variable pricing. They charge what they think they can get away with. I feel my mother was taken advantage of and they price gouged her because she is an elderly woman. I think this is terrible. Our community has 4 or 5 senior residences. Please share this with everyone you know so that nobody else is taken advantage of. Also when I told the owner I was going to post a negative review he said I was threatening him! It felt like he was threatening me not to make a review.
View on GoogleSo hit or miss. Took my son in for a back to school cut and showed the young girl (brown hair) this picture of the haircut that SHE did two months ago, asked for the same thing, and got this choppy mess that I could’ve done myself for a lot less than $29 +tip. As soon as we stepped in it felt like we were intruding on their leisure time (the place was empty) and that they just wanted to go back to their phones. I think between her and the girl at the front desk 3 words may have been said to my son and I throughout the whole time, which isn’t the biggest deal but at least give us a decent haircut
View on GoogleI don’t usually leave reviews, but this feels more like a warning than anything else. I brought my daughter in for a simple back-to-school trim—wash, light clean-up on the ends, and a blow-dry. The woman stylist washed and trimmed her hair, then came over to say she was finished, even though her hair was still soaking wet. When I asked if she could blow-dry it, she looked at me like I had asked for something outrageous. After a long, awkward pause, she asked, “all of it?” I explained yes, we had family pictures that day. She hesitated again, asked if I wanted it styled (I didn’t—just dry), and then told me it would cost extra—changing the price twice while making it obvious she just didn’t want to bother. At that point, I said forget it, paid, and left. When I got home and blow-dried it myself, I realized the haircut was horrible. Her hair is unbelievably uneven, despite me only asking for a small trim. Now I have to take her somewhere else to fix it. This was careless, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this place at all.
View on GoogleReview ******DO NOT GO HERE***** I went in to have my hair cut which I asked to be cut below my shoulders. My hair was very long to start. The person (Who’s name started with Iy) did not even listen to what I wanted and cut my hair (unevenly and way shorter then what I asked) above my shoulders. I specifically told him I wanted to be able to put it back in a ponytail. I actually had to leave before he was finished because it was so bad. He was going to keep cutting. It looked like he cut it with safety scissors. Some pieces were cut shorter than others, and it was uneven. I paid to go somewhere else to have it fixed. The stylist that fixed it said it was the worst haircut they have ever seen and they cut better than this when they were in school. To fix it she had no choice but to cut it shorter to make it look like it was somewhat decent. Not to mention the price it cost me to get it fixed. I hope the photos put into perspective how bad this was. I’ve been crying non stop because my hair meant so much to me. I have always had hair that I can put up in a ponytail, and now it’s so short I can barely style it. I feel absolutely humiliated to go out in public. I have to wear hats because of how bad it is. Not to mention how itchy it is on my neck and I am constantly uncomfortable because of it. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
