Firehouse Subs Welland

Listen, when I spend a lot of money on a sub, I expect I have decent sub. My bread wasn’t crispy enough. The sauce was gross. I don’t know. I did not like my steak stuff probably will not be going back there, but you have good pickles that I will mention.

The staff was so friendly, as soon as my husband and I walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome! I unfortunately forget the man’s name who helped us, could have been the manager. He was very pleasant in making sure we got everything we wanted and any extras. They were fast at making our subs and very generous with their helpings.

Firehouse always makes delicious subs. They are a bit expensive, but they do have good promotions and deals from time to time! Service and quality have always been good.

This was our first time trying Firehouse Subs and it was the worst quality food and subs we’ve ever had. I can’t even believe they looked at the pickles and thought they would be good enough to actually serve to people. They were discoloured and mushy. Not a nice crunchy fresh pickle. The picture doesn’t even do it justice. All 3 subs were soggy and horrible. We’ll never order from there again. I feel like we were robbed.
