FMC has done my building's fire system for as long as I have worked here and we had them take over our security monitoring over the last year due to inadequacies with our previous monitoring service. FMC has been responsive and professional. I no longer wait 20 minutes tog et someone on the line when I need to bypass my systems, we hear about alarms much faster than before, and the service technicians are amazing.
