Before I became a Certified Hypnotherapist with the American Board of Hypnotherapy and a results coach, I worked as a social worker for 17 years working with children and families in crisis. I retired from that when I realized I needed a change and to be honest I was tired, exhausted in fact.

Over the past 5 years I've become a public speaker, a coach, hypnotherapist and now an NLP coach using Time Line Therapy® and I continue to learn and grow.
