Very helpful! I couldn't be present for a signature at the delivery location since I worked far awar. The lady at the front desk helped me get my tires when I told her my situation. 5/5!

In December 2025 I attempted to ship a small package to California from this location and was met with the rudest, most arrogant employee that I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Not only was he not helpful, he was condescending and mocked me claiming that my address was "fake" and not real saying that when he attempted to enter the address nothing was coming up. I left with my package and filled the forms out online at home with ZERO issues! I had no problem with the address! This guy was straight up lying to me so that I would leave and he could go back to napping or whatever it is he does there. Avoid this place and either use another shipping company or if you really have to (like me) fill it all out online and drop the package off at a nearby depot.

Package from Puma was supposed to be delivered on Feb 18 but was never attempted. Tracking showed “exception” without any call or text to the provided phone number. When I contacted FedEx on Feb 23, I was told to come pick it up myself. Very poor communication and delivery service. Extremely disappointing experience.

I regularly use FedEx for my business and have visited many different locations. Unfortunately, my experience at this location on Friday, January 30 around 3pm was very disappointing. The representative on shift was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, he criticized how my items were packed, questioned my documents, and claimed I was missing a signature. I have completed this same process over 100 times, and no FedEx employee has ever had an issue with any of these items before. If procedures have changed, that can be communicated respectfully — not in a dismissive or condescending manner. I remained polite and did not argue, even as he continued to speak harshly to me. Ultimately, I left and chose to go to another location. This experience was unnecessary and unacceptable, and I hope management provides additional customer service training. I dropped it off at another FedEx location today using the exact same paperwork and my preferred packaging, with zero issues. This was clearly a training and customer service issue, not something on my end.

I received a shipment I never ordered just recently. The name on the package does not live at the shipping address. I attempted to call FedEx to alert them, but since the reason for my call is not available in the call menu, I was not able to bypass the AI menu to speak to a live representative. I am so disappointed with companies who believe they can get away with reducing headcount and replacing them with AI technology for profitability. FYI FedEx. Due to my recent experience, the package I received is going into the garage. And, I will never, ever again use your carrier services, for the rest of my life. I do not support companies who replaces valuable staff that are there to create memorable customer service experiences. Profitability will only be short lived because I trust, I am not the only one who refuses to support profitability over keeping people employed and customers happy. Again, your strategy to replace staff with AI technology is only going to put you in a bankruptcy situation eventually. Watch and see .......
