***This review is about a positive customer service interaction. I got help with an online shipment but not one sent from this location.*** 10/10. Wally R is the real MVP of customer service!!! Before stopping here, I had spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service trying to figure out an issue with payment for an urgent shipment, and it was such a frustrating process. So I went to FedEx OnSite (409 Main St W) where someone told me that the folks at this nearby warehouse (25 Tops St) might be able to help, and they sure did! I don't think they're supposed to be customer facing, but Wally went out of his way to help me ☺️ Thank you so much, Wally! You truly made my night!
View on GoogleAfter many delivery issues, they made arrangements to hold my item for pick up. Although I had to drive and get my package, it was a better solution than the daily email of them not being able to make the delivery (mu building is under construction and although lots of people on site, no clear indication of where to deliver - of course getting out of the driver's seat and asking someone would have avoided all this, but that is on the driver's work ethic and not about FedEx)

View on GoogleI have heard from a number of people over the years that FedEx is an excellent courier. I would have to agree whole heartedly! I had a package coming from the US for my son. He needed it by last Wednesday evening but it was scheduled for delivery for Thursday as it had not been processed yet at the warehouse in town as it had arrived in the early morning. The staff at the office at the warehouse went above and beyond at the Grimsby warehouse so I can get my package for my son by Wednesday afternoon. Their customer service is top notch!!
View on GoogleI had a package required to be delivered but then the driver didn’t even knocked at the door and left the door tag that said to pick up from a nearby location. I went to that location and they said the package wasn’t there. Then I talked to the Fedex they said the package is in Grimsby, I live in Hamilton and it is 2 hours in bus as I don’t drive. Then I called them and talked to manager and at last they tried to re route it to my place again. Then I waited for them to deliver to my place because I didn’t wanted to go to other place to pick it up. Finally it came to my place and the delivery person was like I don’t find your package in this truck but it says I have it and I think some other driver have it. And I explained everything to the delivery person and she saw the package and said oh Im sorry I didn’t see it. I clearly saw the intentions and all when the delivery person was here. I knew if I wasn’t out the same thing would have happened twice. Better to avoid Fedex.
