IT is IN Staples!!!! Doesn’t say that anywhere ….Customer service good . BUT Won’t take over 50lbs or longer that 46” …..says no where other than the store itself of that …

Service is as great, friendly staff I would have given 5-Star. Unfortunately, the major issue I had was finding the location online. It should have been written FedEx Staples. Then I would have a clue where this place is exactly. Instead when I had google driving instructions it showed the location by Boston pizza. It took me a few weeks to figure out that this was in staples. Frustrating.

Absolutely pathetic. They claimed they’ve tried to deliver an item for me. They never rang my buzzer to allow them entry to my apt. They are less than a one star but the lowest I can rate is one
