Not an open location. Or at least their store hours are wrong. I have an account. Drove here first to buy hardware because it’s closest to a job but no one is here. Now too late to go to another location because I came here.

We have been dealing with Fastenal in Welland since they opened and have always received the highest customer service. Whether I know the product SKU or not, their team always takes the time to assist and help find the exact item for the job. Thank you, Fastenal, for your great customer driven service. I highly recommend your product and service. We have never had any issues with your staff, your company policies and products.

First no public Access to their business. Did not affect me as I'm a business. Now after covid their stores are still closed for walking business months after other hardware stores were allowed to open. One more nail in the coffin from what I've been told most of their locations will stay closed to walk in business even if you have an account. Basically they just need to put up a big sign that says, " we don't want anybody's business".

I'm sorry to say that Fastenal hasn't failed to disappoint me from a business perspective and I have given up hoping for a positive change. I've deal with a couple of different locations over the years and have dealt with a few great sales people along the way who either resigned or moved out of their position. After that it was very hard to get quality service. Just recently I tried to invite them to do business with my employer and was basically told we are not worth their time or the drive. First order wasn't huge, second, third, etc could have been given there are 3 locations to service. Didn't even give us a chance. I will never do business with Fastenal again if I can help it. Sorry for the negative review, but I've been let down once too many times.

Went into their store this morning, As I walked in there was a great big blue sign that said, OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. As I looked for some pocket screws,The lad behind the counter asked me for my Account number, I advised I did not have one, WE ONLY SELL TO BUSINESS...was his reply, when asked then why the blue sign, his response was... ITS AN OLD SIGN. So I inquired on a business account which was free to sign up and asked about the cost per for my screws, His response was IT DEPENDS ON THE TYPE OF ACCOUNT YOU OPEN UP. Now I have to return with my Wife who has a business to see if we can open an account. Am I hyper sensitive or would this be frustrating for some else, not sure.
