Just came here to get my hearing aids repaired. What a lovely team. So helpful, honest and fair. They have our business from now on!

My mother in law arrived into Canada and she was having serious issues with her ears/hearing to the point of her vacation being ruined. She happened to walk past the clinic and walked in and spoke to Jessie. He was extremely helpful and fixed her hearing aids. For reference her hearing aids were causing issues in Ireland and was told they couldn't be fixed. She was moved to tears with the help and service she received. 5 stars

Where do I begin... Melissa is amazing! She cares about helping you hear better & explains everything in detail! From the first time I met her & her team, she made me feel comfortable with my disability ensuring me every step of the way. I am now on my 2nd set of hearing aids & couldn't imagine dealing with anyone else. Family Hearing Clinic will definitely be able assist you with your hearing. If you ever need anything for your hearing aids this is the place to go. I am not a patient at this clinic but I called them and Jesse answered and was so kind and helpful over the phone. The atmosphere upon walking into the clinic was calm and inviting. Jesse was smiley and so nice and cleaned up my hearing aids for me and added the "tails" I was looking for that had broken off. He replaced them and fixed it all up free of charge. I appreciate his help so much. I'll definitely be back.

For anyone experiencing any hearing/ear issues...I highly recommend you make an appointment with the Family Hearing Clinic! I have high standards when it comes to customer service but I have learned not to expect much when it comes to medical offices as the staff often seem irritated and the doctors have one hand on the doorknob during appointments. This is not the way this office operates and it was so refreshing and very much appreciated! When I called to schedule an appointment the receptionist was kind, informative and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring my health concerns were addressed. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours and the Doctor and his Graduate assistant were both friendly and actually took the time to explain the testing they were doing and my results. The office is also very clean and comfortable. Thank you Family Hearing Clinic for your awesome service!
