They try their best from their point of view, but they constantly undermind the youth in their care opinion, making them seem worse than what they actually are. Removing the youths credibility, forcibly increasing their own, making it so that the youth's option doesn't matter. Also, they promise things but dont act upon it, causing the youth to lose trust and hope in their future. They also bring up the youths' past, making them usable to move on. which has happened to multiple of my friends in the past, and it is not right to bring up their past trauma. It makes the youth very uncomfortable and unable to open up and move on. Making them bottle up their feelings, which can cause anxiety, depression, anger issues, and more. I find family and children service's very unsafe for youths in their care. Also, there are multiple concerns about group homes as i have friends tell me about being mistreated and is scared to go back.

(Deserves -stars) I feel that it's not ok facs workers can take your children without probable cause and can get away with it.. It's time something is done to workers that abuse their power, and just having our children be used as a pay cheque to them..we need the facs workers to face the consequences for their power tripping actions. Also the trauma that comes to the children wrongfully taken from good parents without probable cause. It's also WRONG the society director and supervisors back up wrongful workers and their actions.

I would rate them lower if I could, simply a cast of people who want to do as little as possible to get a paycheque. Facs as a whole needs to be abolished and start over with something that can be audited and held accountable for worker negligence.

Well as speaking from experience this is an organization that needs to pull themselves together there is gross negligence and abuse in the system with little to no regard and the whole 24 hours notice before visiting is enough time to make sure you're FACS approved
