I am baffled. My cat has a lump on her leg and I decided to visit here because my normal vet didn't have availability at the time. The issue started to get better, and I was even hesitant on bringing her in today. I should have listened to my gut feeling. The ladies at the desk were very nice, but the vet was EXTREMELY rough, squeezing the lump like he's trying to pop a pimple, causing my cat so much pain that the assistant had to hold her down by her neck. Even when he was checking her heart rate it was really rough. I was not impressed, refused any and all treatment and had a rotten feeling in my gut when paying for that abuse. I cannot at all recommend this vet if that is how they will practice their services. In contrast they were nice at the other vet and my cat was happy to let them do whatever. Don't spend your money here (I wish I didn't) if you care about how your animal feels. The vet doesn't seem to care. And it seems they inflate their rating on google with fake profiles.

I made many phone calls to multiple veterinarians in my area about a general exam for a growth on my dog. Many of which were very expensive just to walk through the door and booking weeks in advance. This vet was recommended to me by my aunt. The lady whom I spoke to over the phone was extremely kind. Making an appointment was so easy, I got in the very next day. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by smiling faces, welcoming gestures, and kind words. The vet, Dr. Adel was so kind and gentle to my dog. He made a quick diagnosis, explained the condition and the antibiotic I’d be leaving with. The process was quick, efficient and simple. Bonus points for not putting financial stress on my credit. Amazing team here and I would recommend over and over again.

The staff are wonderful and Dr. Adel is very patient, caring and pretty funny too! I've been taking my pets here for a few years now. Always a great experience. Dr. Adel and the staff were very compassionate when I had to put my cat down, and explained everything to me. They aren't your typical vet who push extras on you to make money. Highly recommend them.

Dr Adel has an amazing practice and group of staff working there . I have been to the clinic in a panic many years ago when my dog swallowed something that needed to be removed as an emergency. He called me throughout the night to update me and took great care of my Ruby. Ever since then I took Ruby there for routine things, such as anal glands, lump exams and nail trims. I feel that he treats his patients as if they were his own. With full compassion and grace. He is realistic with costs and situations and you never feel like your wallet is taken advantage of. I remained a patient until Ruby’s end of life, where he made the process as comfortable as possible for me. The girls in the office made me feel heard and understood the grief all while being professional and kind. I imagine how hard it would be to walk so many people through the process of losing your fur baby, and I think they are literal angels. I cannot thank this office enough for being there for me throughout the best years of my life with my dog. If you visit here you are in good hands. I promise .

We have been going to Dr.Adel for the past few years. He has taken wonderful care with each of our pets. He saved my childhood pet years ago, which was the first time we met him. He is honest, he will tell you the truth about the situation and NOT try to make you spend more money on something that will possibly not even help your pet. That is one of the many things I like about him. He is compassionate, Him and his whole team are amazing people. We had just recently put down our German Shepherd, Indiana a couple days ago. Dr.Adel and his team were so caring and helpful during that time. They made sure he was comfortable and in good hands while he was in the process of passing. He even walked my parents out and helped carry Indy’s dog bed because he wanted to make sure all of us were okay after our loss. Every experience I had at his office has been amazing, despite it being hard sometimes…..I’m just glad to know that I am putting my animals with someone who cares about them. Thank you for everything you have done to help Indiana the last few years, he was a Dog who was easily nervous and hated going to the Vet. But he loved going to this one. 💛🐾
