Crazy!!! No drinking water, no kettle, in Niagara Falls hotel room, even ice is not free! Flocks of Tourists rush to this connivence store to buy drinking water and the nearest one on Fallsview Ave. where most hotels are located is this small shop. Look at the price. Jesus, it is so inhuman to restrict hotel guests to buy their own drinking water from their lobby shop or outside.

Who charges 5.99 for a bottle water???! Stay away!!.. this place is a complete rip off. Read the other reviews of this place too

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Tried to buy a 12 pack of water. They scanned the item and it rang up for $8.99. Then I was told I could not buy it because it didnt ring up for enough and that I needed to buy a 6 pack of water for $15….

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Avoid this place like the plague! Outright theft.. super rude.. zero communication skills.. x10 prices.. The employee scanned the stuff I needed and gave me the machine to tap.. I learned the total price AFTER the fact I paid.. 1 item was tagged as 6.99 turned to be 69.99! I immediately asked to return the item blaming myself for misreading the tag.. in a rude and sarcastic manner she refused the return! I didn’t move an inch and the transaction was 0 minutes old! AVOID!!!
